The Chicago-area duo of Eric Hadley and Joe Phillips are behind the Signifier moniker. After making their Deep4Life debut on Deep South Experience, the two returned with their mini-LP "Reprogression". Reprogression throws traditional house percussion arrangement theory out of the window but succeeds in offering a refreshing variety of deep moods.
